  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
    Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, restocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions. After your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status. Your order should arrive within 7-10 business days from the time it's placed. We will notify you once your order ships or if there are any issues with fulfilling it.
  • HOW CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    You can monitor your package using the USPS or UPS tracking number provided to you after placing your order.
  • WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    You can cancel your order for a full refund only if it has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or refunded. To cancel your order before fulfillment, please email us at info@timblaqk.com with the subject line: "Please Cancel Placed Order."
  • ARE TIM BLAQK SKINCARE PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?
    TIM BLAQK SKINCARE firmly opposes animal testing. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.
  • WILL MY PRODUCT EXPIRE?
    Our products deliver the best results and maintain optimal quality when used within 8-12 months of opening. Since bathrooms can harbor harmful bacteria, it's advisable to use all skincare and cosmetic products within this same period.
  • WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
    The standard shipping fee is $5.95 for all orders within the United States. Orders totaling $50 or more are eligible for free shipping.
