  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
    Your order will be processed between 3-5 business days. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions. Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number to track your order. Your order should arrive within 7-10 business days from the time your is placed. We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • HOW CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    You can track your package via USPS with the tracking number that is provided after you have placed your order.
  • WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    You can cancel for a full refund only if the order has not been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, your order cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • ARE TIM BLAQK SKINCARE PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?
    TIM BLAQK SKINCARE does not condone animal testing in any way. We do not test any of our products on animals. We also do not test any of our ingredients on animals.
  • WILL MY PRODUCT EXPIRE?
    Our products are best used within 6-8 months of opening to ensure the freshest quality and optimal results. Remember your bathroom is a haven for harmful bacteria, so it is ideal to use all skincare and cosmetics in the same time frame.
  • WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
    The regular cost for shipping is $7.95 for all orders within the United States. Orders totaling $70 or more qualify for complimentary shipping.
